Welcome students!  Here you will find information about how to apply for the Avel Louise Gordly Scholarship for Oregon Black Women .  This scholarship offers four years of scholarship support for you and a new laptop (courtesy of Free Geek ) for use at at any institution of higher education in the state of Oregon or any of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities of the United States.
